Description of the Product Purchase Procedure
To purchase products from our online store, please follow the following steps:

8. ORDER/DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/SHIPPING COSTS
Completion of the order: As soon as you enter your order, the following message is displayed - example: "Your order has been completed. Your order has been completed.Your order number is 0xxxx1. Please check your email to find a confirmation email with the details of your order."
Product Delivery: The delivery of the ordered products is carried out within five (5) working days from the date of submission of the order between 09:00 and 17:00, at the address you have indicated when filling in your details.
Delivery is deemed to take place upon signing the receipt of the products at the agreed address.If you have indicated a third party recipient for delivery/receipt, his/her signature will be considered as proof of receipt.
Please note that the risk for the goods passes to you at the time of delivery/acceptance. Therefore, upon delivery of the products, you must check the products you receive (in terms of identity, integrity, condition, packaging, etc.). Shipping costs
The shipping costs are as follows:
For purchases over €70 the shipping costs are free of charge for all Greece.
For purchases under €70 the shipping costs are €4 for Attica up to 2 kg and for each additional kilo 1.50 euro and for the rest of Greece the shipping costs are calculated based on the postal code.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS OUTSIDE GREECE
In Cyprus we deliver your order in 1-5 working days with ELTA and free shipping for purchases over €270. For purchases up to €269,99 the charge is €30 per shipment. The order can be placed with all payment methods except cash on delivery.
9. CHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
Product Exchanges
You have the option to exchange the products you received within 10 days of their delivery date.
For purchases within Greece:
First exchange: Contact the courier company (ELTA or ACS) that delivered your order and request the exchange without any shipping costs.
Second or third exchange: The shipping costs are exclusively borne by the customer (€8: €4 return + €4 new shipment).
Exchange order: To ensure the availability of the new product you are interested in, you can contact our customer service department at +302105761531 to place an exchange order.
Exchanges at a physical store: You can make exchanges within 15 days of the purchase at our physical store, provided you have your purchase receipt or exchange card (in the case of a gift). Refunds or credit notes are not possible at physical stores for purchases made online.
For Cyprus and EU countries:
The fee for each exchange is €30.
Exchanges cannot be made at physical stores outside of Greece.
The exchange is made via ELTA - ACS courier or by choosing a shipping company of your choice.
Return conditions:
Products must be unused, with their original tags and their original packaging intact.
Products must not be worn or altered.
Returns of products with damaged packaging or product will not be accepted.
Product inspection:
All products are inspected before shipment. In the rare case of a defective product, please contact our store's customer service department by phone.
Refunds
Orders under €70: Refunds are not issued. In this case, the customer can exchange products of equal value (excluding shipping costs).
Orders over €70:
Full return: The customer is charged with the shipping and return costs (€8: €4 + €4).
Partial return: The customer is only charged with the return costs (€4).
Cyprus and EU countries: The return fee is €60 (€30 shipping + €30 return).
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days, depending on the payment method of the order. For cash on delivery or bank deposit orders, please contact our customer service department to provide the necessary information for the refund.
Products will be accepted for return only after they have been inspected and are in excellent condition.
